Edge Hill Students’ Union is delighted to announce two brand-new grants available for affiliated societies in 2021/22: the EHSU Society Development Grant and the EHSU 50 Members grant.
The new grants, in addition to Edge Hill Students’ Union’s introduction of new fundraising capabilities through JustGiving, will allow societies to grow their members and the scale of their activities.
The new grants for the 2021/22 academic year reward societies who are proactively getting involved at Edge Hill.
Edge Hill Students’ Union has created the grants in recognition of the amazing work that societies are currently doing, and the work that was achieved last year in the wake COVID-19.
We want to ensure that our societies continue to grow, and that students continue to discover their Edge Hill families through trying new hobbies and experiences.
The Students’ Union team will now be reaching out to society committees with more information regarding our grants, and we will delivering training on the grants at our Society Training beginning W/C October 11.
There have already been over 1300 registrations to societies via the Edge Hill Students’ Union website this year, with over 2,300 signatures registering interest in societies at the Welcome Fair.
