Room Bookings
All societies can book a room via the form below for both regular meetings and one off events. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so bookings must be made with at least two weeks notice. Bookings ending after 9pm should be held in The Hub or Main Building.
Inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate!
